There are a couple of Glyphs that provide a temporary stat increase/decrease
The tooltip says e.g. Increase your power by (x) for (y) seconds.
Question: seconds from when?
After you equip it? After weapon swap? After using heavy attack? After breakfast?
What does this mean?

) 'Clever' sigs get old real fast - just like this one.
