Insane amounts of lag?

Am I the only one getting insane fps drops after patch 1.1.2? It's started happening after this patch, and never happened before. Any help? It's really bugging me.

In Auridon right now when i'm not even in combat I get 6-7 fps and my comp can take skyrim on ultra and the internet connection is good. No idea what the heck is happening really. It's 14-16 fps in medium and on minimum it's about 65 fps...
