What are the health regen recipe's called?

Depends on the strength. For example, you'll find potions as drops - a Tincture Of Health is quite weak, and is a low level potion. The levels look like this:-

• Natural Water = Sip of
• Clear Water = Tincture of
• Pristine Water = Dram of
• Cleansed Water = Potion of
• Filtered Water = Solution of
• Purified Water = Elixir of
• Cloud Mist = Elixir of

When you make your own potions - in this case a potion of Restore Health - it is the solvent that determines strength.

• Natural Water - Makes Level 3 potions
• Clear Water - Makes Level 10 potions
• Pristine Water - Makes Level 20 potions
• Cleansed Water - Makes Level 30 potions
• Filtered Water - Makes Level 40 potions
• Purified Water - Makes Veteran-Level potions for VR 1-5 Zones
• Cloud Mist - Makes Veteran-Level potions for VR 6-10 Zones
