When i pay for subscription i get an email saying " Subscription Payment Failed". I have spent $45 AUD on subscription but every time i try i get the " Subscription Payment Failed" email and my account status says "Expired - Payment Failure". I look at my bank account and i says the payments are pending but after a week i still haven't gotten a refund or my subscription time. customer support cant do anything and hasn't replied on my latest ticket. is anyone else facing this problem or know how to fix it.
