subscription failure

When i pay for subscription i get an email saying " Subscription Payment Failed‏". I have spent $45 AUD on subscription but every time i try i get the " Subscription Payment Failed" email and my account status says "Expired - Payment Failure". I look at my bank account and i says the payments are pending but after a week i still haven't gotten a refund or my subscription time. customer support cant do anything and hasn't replied on my latest ticket. is anyone else facing this problem or know how to fix it.

    @stormchook I'm having the very same problem right now (today), could it be fixed on your end yet? I'm still waiting for the support to contact me, but I don't know how long it takes for them to answer, or if it can be fixed at all...

    I didn't change anything in my account settings; by now I was always using PayPal for the subscription fee, and I always had a 30 days subscription. Today it should have been renewed automatically, but instead I got an email that it failed. Then I saw in the settings that everything was gone (and again it is), and after chosing again the days and that PayPal stuff, I had to pay 1€ (Euro, I'm in Germany). THIS could be sent but not the sub fee?
    In the German forum they said the 1€ is for testing if my account data is correct or whatever, what nonsense??!! I always payed per PayPal and didn't have any issues with my account either, and now it has to be tested first if I can pay it?
    And the price for the new sub (which you see on the right side of the page) says 0,00€ for 30 days. I can't do anything there, every new mail tells me that it failed.

    Some words from the support, please?? Would be nice if this would still happen today. My ticket number is 140920-000904.

    Thank you very much for your reply :) And indeed I got a mail from the support today, I had to call PayPal to clarify the whole thing because there was the problem, not in my account here. Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to subscribe again like normal :)
