Unable to log into my main character

Iam unable to log into my main character after i zoned out of the mournhold sewers. When it first happened it got stuck at a loading screen then started flashing tool tips and parts of my ui so i forced the game to shut down and relogged. well when i logged back in and tried getting back on my main it went right back to what it was doing. i shut it down again and relogged a second time and tried getting on one of my other characters and wow i was able to log into that one so i tried my other two and was able to succesfully log into them. So now its only one of 4 that is unable to log on which is wierd. for *** and giggles i tried to repair the client (that didnt) work, tried swapping out my graphics cards and updatings drivers (that didnt work), tried reinstalling the client (that didnt work) then i went ahead and deleted all the eso files from my 86x and did a fresh install and guess what that didnt work either. Iam at a loss now if i cant get on my main soon ill just deactivate and delete the game since it was all for nothing.
