How to activate grinding spot in Deshaan

I have seen multiple youtube videos of the spot in Deshaan where the plague stalker respawns instantly. We all know it is a great grinding spot. However, he does not spawn for me. I know there a certain quests that have to be completed to get this mob, but what quests are those? I already defeated the Maulborn general and now when I go to the spot, there are just a bunch of burning bodies. Please help me figure this out. Thanks.

Csub✭✭✭✭✭I don't know which spot you mean but if the Maulborn threat is over, you won't see highly infected places so you probably won't be able to grind.

ArRashid✭✭✭✭If something respawns instantly, then it's not grinding, but exploiting. Avoid that or go for your banana bomb. Your choice.2 -
