If someone doesn't respond to me, I generally give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they missed my message in the storm of zone chat sell adds and potentially others messaging them about what they're selling. If they again post over zone chat what they're selling, I'll again message them. If they don't reply I'll assume they're uninterested and move along.
