New problems since patch (many)

Ok zos, I seem to have a new problem since the patch. My keys stop working, not all the time and not all keys. Just now in game I was dealing with a vendor and all of a sudden I wasn't. Tried to use E to reengage vendor and nothing. Then tried another vendor nothing, I could move around but could engage with anything. Then tried to mount horse, nope. Then tried to log to character screen, nope.
what's up ZOS ??????
