I have the latest drivers, the temperature is low and stable, running windows 7 64bit and got one amd r9 280x to feed my monitor. Every other game runs perfect, and eso had no such problems yesterday.. but today after patch, i cant even get into the damn game. Even if i did, when i close it down i have to flip the power switch on the computer because the image is flickering like crazy.
