eso encountered a fatal error. (Error 11)

Hi,
after the new patch i am getting this error "eso encountered a fatal error. (Error 11)", when trying to repair it starts downloading 27 GB, i have a limited data usage, is there any other way to fix this without re-download and re-install the whole game again?

    Same problem and not installing again whole game when it have not helped some who done it (well it take over 10 hour to load so no way) :-(

    Same problem....after patching..and when push play buton,,crashing,,whith error 11.Also i wonder....why some;s need reinstall all game? are we serious..we patching official game and need reinstall it?? haaha..This look ages back...

    So think i need try AGAIN install whole game on night when i'm sleeping (it take over 10-11h to load) and if unlucky it have not complete if come errors. Once installed 3 time when get lucky to pass it. ;-)

    I've already cancelled my sub, sadly i got charged for a full month just today, I'm going to try get a refund but i doubt its possible.

    Re-downloading the game aswell, if am gonna get that error 11 again after that, you can be sure I will uninstall this and wont look at it again

    Sadly i believe the only way now is to re-install, I installed a new fresh installation from my DVD copy (without uninstalling the current one), i am patching now 2%, i will be topping up my data to be able to do that :(

    Strange when mean while here i update also my NA side of The game (have both EU & NA installed) so it seems working so EU patch have something weird? :-(

    Gettin same error 2nd day now......I think thats game over...ive had enough. From what Im reading in forums alotta of the balancing issues are still there too. This game just isnt that good...back to WOW...or tryn Wildstar

    I managed to get it working, ive done what i mentioned in my previous comment, by using the DVD version for new fresh installation, doing so i saved around 15 Gb of downloads

    I get it work but needed to install whole game AGAIN! It's only takes 11 hour to download! ;-)
