Need more info on Shield Bash (L+R) damage

I have heard this has been greatly reduced if the hit is not an interrupt. Is this true? I have not found it in the patch notes to be honest.

I cannot get into the game as I am still applying the patch - been busy

Can someone provide me some real information - I.E. Official not internet rumour rubbish .

I posted in another thread - I dont mind if the nerf is that but I want to read in an official post which I cannot find
