Combat Speed Nerfed?

Didn't see this in the release notes (actually a lot was missing) but combat speed is very, VERY slow today after the patch. I am looking at a second or two delay.
Aside from this we have the following changes unaccounted for:
1. VR mobs (VR zones) hit harder than pre-patch & take less damage.
2. After death, changed Way-shire vs here options (Really? that needed to be changed? It's like you want to jack with your customers)
3. Overall "speed of game play" is like the game is running while snared (BTW, it isn't my machine, I am pushing 70+ FPS)

This is really unplayable for me right now. I hope there is a hot-fix in the near term or I will have to cancel my sub and go elsewhere...

On the plus side, Great storyline in the game. It was fun. I will be sorry to miss the new content and the other VR zones.

    I've noticed all of these. I really hope the combat speed nerf and mob strength aren't intentional

    Speed has defiantly been altered. Maybe they figure if you run slower, you can't eat up the content as fast.. IDK.. Too many game playing changes imo. Tera online is calling me back...

    The animation speeds on some skills and normal light\heavy attacks seems to have increased. Just wish ALL changes where listed in the patch so you know its if its designed that way, or a bug.

    I too am noticing a delay or pause of around 1-2 seconds between use of combat abilities after the latest patch - specifically puncturing strikes on my V10 Templar (haven't tested all the other abilities, just so tired of all the glitches, bugs and BS atm that I just logged and cancelled my sub). Got wrecked a couple times in V9 content against 2 mobs, which I had no problems with before todays patch. It seems my templar is now more or less unplayable in PvE unless I want to group, which is ridiculous after basically soloing PvE content to V10.

    Zenimax ....<insert stream of vulgarity here>.

    I hear ya! It is a shame too. The vamp skills are really out of whack. I see the health impact with "drain" but the animation isn't there 50% to 80% of the time. It causes issues if I don't watch the health bars...

    probably to make us take 6x more damage. I was used to initiate with blockade while running to melee to pop talons, run out and cast 2-3 pulsars.. now it feels each of those skills have 1,5 sec GCD

    Last patch was terrible IMO, they really tried to do to much. I think they have lost control the their game.
    To many of you have exploited or abused the game to death, causing ZOS to try and catch up, save the broken game.
    Now basicly the game isn't totally broken, except for the 1% of the 24/7 crowd, which it seems most game's cater to, not all that sure why ?
    The game is amazing even with the bugs and patches, and the majority of the sub's that haven't rushed to be first to VR50 are having a blast.
    SO don't listen to the 1% and do your best ZOS.

    Amen Crow! While I am one of the slowest leveling in my guild, I really am enjoying it. Working on all the Achievements as I go along, reading the story lines, I really like it. Just wish that when there are game-play changes that impact us they put it in the notes or at least acknowledge that it is an unintended bug.

    Pre-patch players were able to clip animations which was easily reproducable through macros and deal alot of damage in a short amount of time

    The slight increase in ability use was probably to counter this.
