Billing Problems

Hi there,

Can someone from Zenimax help me with my billing problem? I have been charged twice on May 11 and was not credited with the 1 month subscription that I purchased. I have sent their support several emails for the past few days but all of my emails went unanswered.

This is totally unacceptable. I was so passionate in playing this game and this is what I get.
