My bank account was charged for my subscription but the email receipt says it failed
I just renewed my subscription and I got two different email receipts. one fore 0 dollars that went through and one for 14.99 that failed. I called my bank and got the most recent transactions and the 14.99 was taken from my account but still i cannot play the game. anyone else have this problem?
