Flame Talent and Lava Whip bugged again.

So, I just did a respec after the latest patch, and I've noticed that flame talent is not increasing the damage of my fiery attacks. Only thing that increases my fire damage is the World in Flames passive. Furthermore, lava whip does not increase the damage of either the ability itself or any other fire attacks.
