Are Enchanting, Alchemy and Provisioning with it?

With taking out the fun factor, are they or any of them really worth it? (money, time, performance)

Provisioning very fast leveling, useful, looks cool (while cooking), so YES
Alchemy, normal leveling, useful after L50, pain to collect plants, if your above L50, then yes, if not, then no
Enchanting, slow leveling, not really useful. Better just to buy the one or two enchantments you need then level this skill, so NO

Provisioning and alchemy are mandatory for me, its a hassle having to buy food/potions regularly.
Enchanting, you can skip it, as you dont buy glyphs on a daily basis and there are plenty of enchanters.
