Ongoing player harassment and griefing help?

Over the past three weeks I have been experiencing adverse behaviour from a handful of players.

I have submitted two tickets:

251002-000212

&

250921-002058

I have provided clips and context.

However the agent is no longer replying and my ticket which has been left on unresolved or "waiting on agent" for over a week.

As this harassment is rather severe, clearly violates ESO T&C and is occurring daily from the same players, I'd like to see action so I can return to peacefully playing the game.

What can I do to see action and not simply get an automated response even after I've provided details and information?

Any help is appreciated.

You may want to bring it to @ZOS_Kevin 's attention if you'd like assistance with CS matters.

I think some more context on this one is necessary for us to give you a good answer. Harassment is all in the eye of the beholder, but from a game standpoint, they have to draw a bright red line somewhere. The fact that you have made multiple reports, submitted clips, etc. and nothing has happened, combined with the fact that you have not described what they were doing (not specifically, but even in a general sense) makes me suspicious that perhaps this is an instance where someone is just being a little too sensitive, as the developers seem to have judged that disciplinary action is not warranted.

In my experience, if they're going to take action, they take it within a couple of days.

Not trying to minimize your situation, but given the lack of disciplinary action taken, my suggestion to you would be to block the person(s) and just move on with your life.

Continue to be peristent. Posting your ticket numbers here is a step in the right direction so someone like @ZOS_Kevin can possibly move it up the chain.

Ignore any naysayers. Keep doin what you're doing. We as players are not to judge.

    What @DenverRalphy said.

We don't need any further information from OP and what our opinion on the subject may be is irrelevant.

This is between OP, Kevin and CS.

One tip - don't submit any additional tickets, each one puts you to the back of the queue again. Ask Kevin to check the existing ones and PM you an update.

If someone teabags you, well, I at least, take that as a compliment. It more likely than not, means I have killed someone in pvp, who think they are Zevs or some other godlike creature.

Maybe they are still investigating. When they are done they will notify you.

You would not survive in COD and Halo matchmaking days.

Yall are reporting for being called a noob? No wonder OP didnt get a response yet theyre probably backed up.

This is not really harassment. I've been doxxed in other games and hate raided on stream by angry ESO players who didn't like my opinions about azureblight, of all things. Being called a noob is not on the same scale.

Is not the "ignore" option working? Because to my knowledge, that always works, and at the first signs of annoyance it guarantees peace and quiet all over. Even if someone supposedly it's SO persistent that creates multiple accounts on a platform for the mere act of harassement ( which I doubt people actually do!? ) - but I offer it as an extreme example - ignore is still an option. Just HOW many accounts can a person make, you know?

Calling someone a noob is certainly rude, but it's pretty mild on the grand scale of things. Best thing is to block/ignore and move on, unless it's something more serious, or recurring, of course - there are certainly situations where a report is warranted.

But remember this isn't kindergarten recess, ZoS definitely doesn't have the time or staff to investigate and pull aside and scold every single player who ever says anything remotely rude or acts in an unsportsmanlike way. And it's definitely best not to respond directly to such things, as these types generally crave attention (but may also be trying to bait other players into saying something that crosses the line and gets *them* in trouble).

Since we don't know what happened to OP, I hope ZoS investigates the ticket and does whatever is warranted.

Good lord, no wonder their support tickets are so clogged up.

I've been called so many different things that I can't even repeat that makes cod lobbies look like saints.

Yet no report went in or block because they have yet to beat the worst.

Can I ask something related to this (imho)? The person that started this thread says he has been waiting on an agent for over a week. I also have a ticket with support that has this status for over a week (no, I haven't responded as I know that doesn't help). I'm just wondering if this is expected? Do you know the average waiting time for customer service tickets?

Ofc, the ticket number is 250923-001412. :)

It's not really anything that's high priority, I was just kinda wondering what the current wait time is. :#
