Audio reverting to default settings. Xbox

Audio settings are not saving on Xbox. Keeps defaulting to having the music really loud. I turn it off. Next time I login, loud again.Happening since update.

Hey @woodap thanks for raising this. We're investigating, and one piece of information that would help us is knowing if you have any addons installed. Could you let us know? Testing this without any addons installed would rule out if there's something happening with an addon and the user settings saving.

I noticed this as well.

I have no add-ons installed.

Very annoying, as I'm generally not a fan of the background music. Right now I'm having to remember to mute my TV before I switch inputs from cable box to Xbox so I am not deafened by the full-volume music that I can't disable until I'm all the way into my character.

I am using harvest map and lazy writing crafter.

I will try later on without them and see if it helps.

I tested it without addons and it still does the same - turns the music back on.

It doesn’t do it if I change characters, but if you back-out of the character selection screen, the audio gets reset once you load back in.

Yes multiple people in our guild have the same issue, me included.

Same problem for me xbox eu, music is loud and switched on every time I log in.
Add ons are stay mounted, auto recharge, harvest map.

Hi everyone! Thanks again for the reports on this. We've confirmed the music-related setting info not saving is a bug and we're investigating to build a fix.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom thank you for the update. I thought I was loosing my mind. I just noticed this 2 days ago. I do not have any addons and I am on XBOX.

This bug must be only related to XBox because I am not hearing it on PS.
