Hello. My friend @eterny has been banned.
His account has also been blocked on the forum, so I am writing on his behalf.
He received a letter with the number 250809-004629.
He replied to this letter, but there has been no response for 5 days.
Hi, I'm reaching out because my account has been ‘permanently deactivated as a result of violating the Code of Conduct through Cheating/Exploiting’. I received an automated message with no specific details. I am confident that I have not engaged in any form of cheating, and I am puzzled about the reason for this ban.
I would like to request a review of my account and the chance to appeal this decision. Here are the details of the situation:

Ban Message: I received an automated message stating I was banned for cheating, but it didn’t include any specific details or evidence.
I have no idea why my account was banned. I've been collecting resources from surveys for the past few days without using any third-party applications, programs or scripts. I did everything with my hands, keyboard, and mouse.
The only thing is, a few times I had a ping of 999+, which meant I had to press the interact button several times to get resources. This has happened many times before, either due to my internet or the game server, so I didn't pay much attention to it.
I play ESO regularly and am committed to fair play, so this ban seems to be a misunderstanding or a mistake. I would appreciate any assistance in reviewing the situation and the steps I can take to have this issue resolved.
