One of my scalecaller crates opened automatically

I received the 2 scalecaller crates yesterday. When I went to open them today, the first one opened fine. When I pressed 'B' to get out of the first one, my game froze for a few seconds. When it came alive again and I went to open the second one, it was no longer there. I was told I have no crates.
At first I thought I'd been cheated out of a crate, but when I looked at my notifications, I had one for an emote that was not in the first crate. I checked online and the emote is found in the scalecaller crates. I think that the second crate was automatically opened for me.
No harm done, but I thought I'd report this (plus, I enjoy seeing the cards flip over when I have a crate lol).

Displaced_Salad✭✭✭I was just typing this up, lol. Exact same thing just happened to me, PC NA W 11. Haven't checked EU yet. In my case, when instructed to open the second crate, Pacrooti didn't freeze, just idled until I backed out. (In case it's related - own Orsinium and was able to "claim" with no issues yesterday on both servers. At least, no issues with the technical action.)
ETA - can't report on EU because it made me claim Orsinium (again, which I already own) for the second day in a row and knocked off the last day of my calendar rewards. Hittin' 'em out of the park there, folks. Eclipse318✭✭✭This might have been what just happened to me? I thought I didn't get the second crate at all but maybe there's rewards hiding somewhere that I don't know about. My game didn't freeze on the second crate but Pacrooti just sat there doing nothing (not frozen), so I exited thinking something was stuck, went back in, and it said I had no more crates. I posted a separate thread just now but it could be this bug instead.2 -

Sin_Arcain✭✭This morning I experienced the same. After opening my first crate of Day 3 reward (I missed a day already, apparently.) I clicked to open the second. Pacrooti just sat there, saying nothing. I alt-ed out to try to open my second crate again and then it was just gone. I checked what I can turn into gems and there are definitely more items than I remember.. so I got the rewards. Still it is a bug that needs to be squishing.
