Sounds like it might be a "social ban" which typically can happen when excess inputs get tracked as spam of some kind, can be mailing multiple recipients,, spamming chat with adverts or even just pressing a key too often.

Don't send in multiple tickets though, each new ticket starts a new conversation, they do not link with others!!

Send one ticket and only reply to that ticket, keep replying restating your issue, using just the one ticket, use the one you linked above, reply to it until you get a real person!
