We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European PC/Mac megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.
How is it the devs continue to introduce more bugs, instead of making the game more stable. Since this last week's maintenance it's been nothing but connection issues and now no ESO+ that I pay for.
I had the same issue, signed in today and even though my XBox is showing an active ESO+ subscription, it's not active in game and I can't access content.
I am also having this issue! I’ve tried logging out multiple times, quitting, rebooting Xbox, verifying the link in the ElderscrollsOnline web site. All made no difference.
I purchased an item from the Store that was on special for members before I discovered that me account was messed up so I wasted 500 crown gems.
After further review we have decided to move this thread to a category we think is more appropriate for this topic, as the original post was about connections issues on the Xbox. If you are having issues on a different platform, please make a post under that platform's technical support forum.
