Better connection to the NA server than to the EU, even though I am far closer to the EU server.

I don't know why but lately this has been a common occurrence. I understand that it could be the fault of my ISP or something else however my friend is experiencing greater ping while living in a different country too. For me it isn't playable however for them their normal latency has increases by 50ms. Please make an effort to maintain the European servers because it really easily can drive people off from the game.

I used to have a steady 100-110ms on EU and 200ms on NA. Nowadays I just keep getting 400ms (at least) on EU and 185ms on NA. This makes no sense to me.

✭✭✭✭✭Are the two of you on PC vs either a console or a Mac? I did not see anything that noted the platform either of you is on.
Good luck finding a means to improve the ping. If you have not restarted your modem and router I suggest doing that. @ZOS_Bill and their colleagues may be able to provide further assistance regardless of what platform you actually play on.
