Can't log in

I have two accounts I logged in 24 hours ago. Tonight, I can't log in.

When I do, it pops up with 'we have sent a code to your e-mail if any', but on both accounts, I get no such e-mail.

When I try the help section, it just goes in a circle.

When I click 'forgot my password', it sends a link to change that, but I don't want to and shouldn't need to, my password seems ok as my logging in here and posting shows.

I checked junk folders also.
