Keybinding issue please help

My wife is able to bind SHIFT+M to a command under Controls, Keybinds.
YET I cannot bind 2 keys together. Can someone please help so I can bind more than one key to be bound?

I have cleared SHIFT and M from being bound so they are free yet I still cannot bind them together to a command but my wife has no problem binding multiple keys to a command????

    Are you using a custom keyboard program like Icue that remaps or disables keys?

    Update.

    I downloaded Add on Aenathel’s Keybinds and now I can do multiple keys on a bind.
