So I and three friends did Scalecaller Peak together. Three of the four of us are roommates and share the same IP. When we exited the dungeon the three of us that shared an IP got social bans the fourth didn't. This also happened a few years ago when the same four of us did a public dungeon. Us three roomies got a social ban. We didn't put this together till our most recent ban. Could you please investigate why a shared IP gets banned for doing dungeons together and unbanning us would be great too.
