Can't Send Crown Crates

Is there any word when we will be able to gift crown crates on PCNA again? I have been waiting to gift crates that people won them in my stream for what seems like a couple of weeks and I would like to give them an update so it doesn't seem like I'm slacking. I'm able to gift them on PSNA so it isn't across the platforms. This screenshot was taken at 7:30 AM Pacific on 17 March 2023.

    We updated in a few other threads earlier this week, but we currently are still investigating. The issue is different depending on the platform, it's taking a bit longer to solve. We'll update once gifting is back online.

    As there are multiple threads already discussing the crown gifting issue, we've decided to close this discussion. The most recent update is that we have identified the issue and are working on a fix that we hope to roll out in the next couple weeks. We appreciate everyone's patience. Once we have a date for the fix, or if it will take longer than a couple weeks, we will let you know.
