I don't understand the purpose of the Code of Conduct and ToS if it isn't being enforced. There is a player who continues to harass my friends and I (even after blocking he continues to whisper everyone else and posts in zone chat) despite being reported many times with screenshots as evidence. We even suspect this is a new account after the *disappearance* of his old one after going too far with name calling and accusations. Please look into this and his chat logs. Will continue to submit tickets with screenshot evidence until we see a cessation in said activities (despite the non disclosure aspect of reporting).
