Cant log into game, no Access Code coming to mail

Hello ZoS. I have issue accessing a game. It says I have logged from unknown IP and I should have code in email. However no email delivered so far (its already 2 hours now and nothing!). I have tried to log in many times. I also dont recieve any emails from you when editing my account on web or even password change request.
Is there anything I can do to enter a game? I´m writing here because it seems some of you are still active here but customer support over ticket is slow and probably not available...

    Customer support will need to edit your email address in this case to resolve the issue. To do this, they will need to verify account ownership, so we're unable to perform this on the forums. Customer support will be with you as soon as possible!

    Hello, thanks for fast respond. I´ve already made a request for email change (its really quiet a long time ago) with no respond yet. Can you please confirm that customer support team is working now? Or will they be at work tomorrow?
