Hello Support Team .

I am so sorry because of this post in this box , but i really don't know where to ask about my case . I only need 1 day to mod solve for me .

So sorry because of my very bad english.

Today , i log on my account and find skysharn , help my friend do quest , then go to dungeon with my friends ( Roots sunder ruins - Gradthwood ) . I clear monster abouts 1,5 or 2 hours , then sell some items and buy some items , then log out for meal and a film. But when i log in again ( ~ 3 hours after quit game) , system said " Your infomation is incorrect " 2 3 times. i log in account site and " You have been suspended from the site " .

I don't know why . and i go to my email . Only have mail " Elder Scrolls Online - Subscription Cancellation Success " and nothing.

I am in confusion now . My account at level VR 8 now , i played about 1 mouth ago. I swear with all of my honour that : " i never using any software , using any bug game "( several times , group bug and i always tell members make new group ).

I only use addon which in posted in forum and esoui.com. Nothing more.

Could support team post reason why my account error here ? I don't trust man who will send mail to me . He work not clearly. I serached many gamers got this and support team not solve , only reply with an irresponsible email.

All key i bought from kinguin , i bought some other game key from that site ( 3 , 4 years and no key problem ).

    You really should not post potentially sensitive information(like keycodes) on a publicly viewable forum.

    I don't think it is problem . If mod need , i will give my password to him. Haiz.

    I search on internet , seem many gamers got this error like me.

    Hello @taisaovay,

    You can appeal a ban on your The Elder Scrolls Online account by taking the following steps:
    • Open the Support page on the official ESO website and click on Email or contact Customer Support here.
    • Once the support e-mail opens, choose Account / Billing under "What kind of problem are you experiencing?"
    • Choose "I Would Like to appeal a suspension/ban." from the Select a Subcategory dropdown menu.
    • Describe the problem in the space provided.
    • Click Submit Question to send the appeal to Customer Support.

    The forums are not the correct avenue to discuss game account bans. Our Code of Conduct does not allow the discussion of disciplinary actions whether they occur on the forums or in the game. As such, we are closing this thread.
