    The Client should not log into the said page, specially if they haven't made any changes at all. That you actually even comes up with the suggestion, hints me that you are manipulating with the data, internally, at the expense of your Client.

    I did get prompted and accepted the content. But still no access to the game...

    Tried to log in, but no prompt, but I tried also to change my password and log in with it, bug still timeout or 301 error. It is not a user, pc, etc. problem, it is on your server side! The NA server is OK for me, just my home server, the EU is not OK, where I have my character and where I want to play!

    I have been doing some investigating as I seem to have the same problem. The issue seems to be with the launcher.bethesda.net server (which i assume is the login server?) I cannot ping this on my machine but can get to any other address. I have also tried to ping it from a remote server(at work so different connection) and this also doesn't work. It seems to be an amazon compute server IP so perhaps they are having some issues?

    This is getting really lame now. No word what so ever from customer service, since the initial dialouge. I replied, as requested - silence.

    One day more, and you loose a customer. Aint paying for a product, I can't use...

    I have also no ping to the launcher.bethesda.net.
    The DNS is OK, the address *launcher.bethesda.net* is resolved to some IP but the IPs are not pingable. I tried all the assigned IP addresses to ping, but no one is pingable for me.

    So I tried to tracert on all, and through this address, the next is not accessable through all assigned IP address to the domain:
    ec2-79-125-0-73.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com

    Same situation as most people experiencing this.

    First the crippling memory leak, then this. With 1.12, game went from barely playable (massive lag starting after 15 minutes, PC crashing after 20) to not playable at all (hey, thanks for the login issues). I believe the two have to be related, otherwise it'd be one hell of a coincidence.

    I've gotten replies from their customer support but the 9 steps or so they've told me to do have yielded no result. Here's what I've tried so far:
    1)Patching the game. Repatching the game.
    2)Repairing the game using their tool.
    3)Doing a clean install.
    4)Flushing DNS. Adding ESO ports to router. Rebooting router.
    5)Connecting without my router. Connecting from another wifi. No dice.
    6)Running game as administrator. Both the launcher and the eso.exe. Both before my reinstallation and after.
    7)Restarting my PC in safe mode. Doing all of the above again.
    8)Turning off firewall, adding exceptions to firewall, reinstalling firewall, etc.

    At this point, it's clear to me that the problem is between their server and my account (and other accounts). Something is blocking it on their end.

    Same experience here. Even tried to change my password - no effect. Had a buddy logging into his account from my computer - he came on with no hazzle and could play the game just fine. Kindda rules out the client side of this mess...

    Some topics are closing, developers are commenting in other topics, so they are here, but no solution and at least no info about our problem... I now do not know, hot to ask you Zenimax to do something and fix it :(

    140524-031606 - Original
    140524-036341 - Opened because I got no response to the original but I had new information that I would have liked to add to the original case but could not find a way to.

    Well what I have concluded this is server side. Why my son and I both have accounts.

    I did all the things CS was saying to do reinstall, etc.

    What I did also though was test both accounts.

    My son's account - Can login into website, EU and NA servers no issues.
    My account - Can login into website and EU server, but not the NA server.

    Why would this be my firewall, my router, my ISP, my ESO client, my video card, my PC?

    It is not. This is an issue on the NA server for me.

    2 weeks left on my sub. Would like to at least get to play during the time I paid for.

    Also got a response to my original incident 18 hours after I submitted the second one which I was contacted on about 12 hours later.

    Been through the same and did all the same. That bullcrap about this being a client issue is just silly. Too much proove of concept (by the great crowd here) should tell the dev Guys something. and yet, a roaring silence from the owners. Not cool...

    EDIT: Just had my bud logging in on his computer, using my credentials. No access. When will the devs wake up and acknowledge they have a server side issue? Funny way to run a business...

    I really hope this is ZoS top priority now,its a huge issue when people cant even log in. And why are people posting their tickets?

    how are you guys getting to the login screen to get these types of errors. I think I need to level up my crash and bug skill lines. All I get after the patch is a black screen before the zenimax logo should appear. Tried repairing, reinstalling etc...

    I have also gone to the account page, some 2 days ago when the problem first happened, and accepted the updated TOS. No game access still. No word back from CS in two days, the only information I've got at all is from the other players effected by the same thing.

    Tried to flush DNS and made a release/renew on Network settings. Still no love. This is clearly NOT a Client side issue - it is a server side problem. Fix it...

    Clock is ticking, ZoS. At least have the courtesy to acknowledge you have a server side issue. So many customers can't have client problems -- all occuring after latest patch. Do the math...

    got no prompt for TOS on my account page ether..haven't been able to sign into the game since thursday night..hope we are going to be reimbursed for all this time we are not able to play... 3 1/2 days and counting and not even an official announcement yet...if i didnt love this and other elder scroll games so much i would have quit by now...but this is very disheartening.
