PvP and Skill points.

How many skill points can you get from PvP and anyone that happen to know what the requirements are for getting them?

I haven't done much pvping yet but I remember entering once and joined a large group defending our siege and i think i got 1 or 2 skill points from it, no clue from what and no clue If there's more to obtain.

Also are there any skill points from the quests in the pvp zone?

the skyshards I know about.

theres 50 pvp ranks, each give one point

You get one skill point every Alliance rank, nothing from quests.

So it had nothing to do with how many i killed or the defending or anything you get 1 from each rank so there's 50 skill points in total in cyro. to get? (not counting skyshards)

the first few ranks go quickly, which is why you seemingly randomly got some points

Is it possible for everyone to reach to rank 50 or is there a limit to how many can be each rank?

also how long would it take to reach rank 50? If you really go full out pvp, thinking in amount of hours here.

I dont know but i would say weeks if you are really good, realistically it will take months.

definitely not. closer to a year if you play a lot and often, like lowbei said. Very, very few have even made it to 20 at this point.

lol why would there be a limit on how many people can reach rank 50? imagine if only the first thousand or so players to reach VR12 could have it, that'd be ridiculous. so to answer your question, no.

I can confirm this. I just hit rank 20 (or maybe 21, don't remember exactly) and I'm just shy of 4 million total alliance points. The next rank requires something like 640k more points.

I think I need to be more specific. I meant if there's a limited amount of people that can be rank 50 pvp at the time. Meaning if someone reaches higher score they take over the rank. Not that the first who reach 50 will always be 50 and none can get there.

But from what you are saying the pvp ranks are just another level system for pvp not an actual ranking system.
