Crit charge + rally + bound armorments + flawless dawnbreaker: that should put your weapon damage about as high as u can get it add 5-piece hunding's rage for another boost.

I would choose thief for Mundus and precise for weapon enchant to boost crit %. This leaves a 3-piece option you can play with and also your jewelry of your choosing.

I play around with this build quite a bit and imo the best way to 2h sorc is to have 2h on both bars. This allows u to activate your melee and mitigation buffs prior to conflict without detracting from your 5 active abilities. Downside is no range option...not perfect, but what I've come up with.
