Character Import from Live to PTS?

Is there a way to import our characters to the PTS from Live like we can do in Rift that I just am not noticing? I didn't see any option in the PTS version, and I didn't find anything about this in the forums for the PTS. Or, is there a way to get auto leveled to V12 with skill full points via quest or npc to just get in and test once in the game?
I seems that it would be unlikely that we are expected to start a whole new char from lvl 1 all the way to V12 to test the new content that is for V12+. That would be highly impractical, and at least another month or more to just get to V12 to just test anything. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!

✭✭You have three options: Chose "none" and you'll start a new level 1 character in the Wailing Prison as usual, Chose "Fungal Grotto" and you'll start with a level 12 character outside Fungal Grotto, or chose "Craglorn" and you'll start with a VR9 character in Craglorn.1 -

Where are these options, I have created two characters and they both started at level 1.0 -

✭✭Top left on the character creation, it defaults to 'none', I think. It is a bit hard to see but you'll find it if you look.1 -
