so i used surge(increase weapon dmg) then used overload, no change in dmg

i used bound armaments(increase heavy attack dmg) then used overload, no change in dmg

i even switched to weaker weapon, no change in dmg

finally i used no weapon at all, no change in dmg

so any thoughts about this? anyone know anything more about this?

Weapon power and crit! If u read it it says replace your weapon attacks with empowered versions! I don't know what kind of crit tho!

except he's testing it with surge which increases weapon power. and with different weapons.

Guildie tested it last night by swapping weapons with different damage. Weap dmg did not affect overload. Therfore weap power also should not.

He then got naked and wore full magicka gear. Magicka alerted the dmg. Therefore it should also be affected by spellpower.

I would guess its spell crit, but testing that gets a bit more tricky due to his passives. As we know the link between spell dmg and the crit type gets blurry in eso.
