Enchanting - Bugged -Hirelings, giving level 1 items recently, when I was getting lvl 6-7 before?

At first when I received items from my hireling, there were 3-4 items, and all about the level I needed, and they were in a little helmet that you would open up. I have 2 ranks in this skill. Lately, I receive then in the mail, no longer in the helmet, and if I first see that email with an alt that is not trained in enchanting, I am getting ONE level one rune. Considering how difficult it is to get the needed runes at VR levels, this is really frustrating. Anyone else having this issue? I mean, I could try logging in my main first, but the arrival times are so random, you really can't even time that!

These changes were made so people cannot get high level items on low level alts. The changes were posted in the patch notes - read that for more in depth detail.

So now your level one alt gets level one mats - this is correct.

Yeah getting runs in Vet level isn't hard you roll out kill some stuff and get Glyphs. Rinse and repeat. If you really have nothing to do park in a public dungeon with empty bags and off you go.

But I agree the way it was before it allowed people to exploit the system and now there is one less way. Just need the horde of bots sorted in lower levels and we smashing.
