Look I'm not here to whine, or in truth complain I'm here to simply state facts.........
I Have been asked to state theses problems as clearly and as concisely as possible after multiple phone calls with senior customer service personnel so here it goes....

please read the post in its entirety and do not attempt to "nit pick" it...
theses are simply observations and comparisons with the Tes genera as a whole
I personally have played every single TES game since Arena in 1994, I have 20 years experience playing /modding these games and I will say that I "love" them!
Each has had its fair share of problems but this game has had the absolute most and is a slap in the face to it's predecessors ....especially with the technological progress we have at our disposal now ....compared to then ........then it was acceptable now it simply is not ....
Now with out further preface or adue ..... the issues at hand....
1. I'm uncertain of your reasoning for first making cyrodiil level 50(now- vr5) and the intentions of it being in all honestly end game content!!! then half way through development I can only assume due to the "rush" to "magically produce" more content !!
you devise the "veteran ranks system" and force chosen factions to trudge through other factions side/zone quests where the only singular difference is the health and strength of the mobs in said "veteran rank" areas.......
this being said this game design is a resolute failure as you gain no conceivable advantage by being veteran rank especially in pvp aka end game content ... you allow "level10-50" to access this content with no penalty's what so ever you even bolster their stats too equal footing if not greater footing with those of us whom have earned the right to be in the content by legitimately playing through the pve content to vetern rank status (not to mention the amounts of bugs hacks scams and exploits which i will also address ... )
2. with this most recent "patch/update" it has made large grouping neigh on impossible especially in cyrodiil persons intentionally re-log while in groups and it winds up kicking the whole group off line this amongst other things is completely unacceptable ....
3. the transitus network/foward camps in cyrodill having transitus net works "faction locked" is just stupid if you faction has the manpower to claim the map there is no legitimate reason why your transitus cannot connect to move smoothly across the map you have conquered
4.foward camps needing smooth level ground to be set up is redundant i mean it is a tent... I have slept in a tent /sleeping bag irl slung from pitons hammered in a vertical drop rock-face 150+ meters up in the air .... engineering is a marvelous thing..........
a few lumps shouldn't be a problem for setting one up especially considering there cost to buy
next is their inability to connect to the transitus network apparently the only way to travel to them is if you are "dead/or suicide" which requires more armor degradation ....which kind of defeats the whole purpose of them in the first place ......
5. slaughter fish in cyrodiil for boundary limits and elder scroll objectives ... i cannot count the times someone has ran a scroll out into a lake to keep the other faction from being able to reacquire it ergo placing it in "limbo " the only way to resolve said problem is to remove the "slaughter fish" and simply disable "wall off out of bound's areas with "invisible barriers"
6. whilst i personally do not believe non lvl 50's now "vr 5" ranks should be able to be allowed into pvp
I also do not believe that player's of insufficient level/ rank should be allowed to progress/travel to higher zones untill they have cleared/completed their current at level zone/ area...
simply put they have not earned the right or sufficiently learned the skills needed by legitimately leveling up through pve/quests content the fact you have made those whom chooses to "exploit/grind" content /level more prevalent and eased their ability to do so is quite amusing honestly "raising" the amount of experience per kill is a serious and grievous mistake " considering this game is less than 2 months old and persons are already at level cap
which has now been raised already instead of fixing the plethora of broken content in game
7. Grouping should be an "optional" not mandatory choice .. if you are in a "group then the difficulty lvl should increases .... if you are not it should be even with your level "forcing" players to group is not a good option especially for a TES game even an "mmo" this is a TES game or at least should be first and foremost
8.lore breaking aspects of this game like the fact that certain things are not accountable for example "arrows" should not be unlimited they should be craft-able and quantified as well as enchant-able opposite than the bow you have a "frost bow but you wish to shoot a fire arrow you equip fire arrows and presto........
9. also is the Fact that there is simply no conceivable way to "miss" any hit in this game it is "hand holding" to the most extreme nor is there any way to "fail" an objective or a quest or consequences for doing so other than simply dying.....
10. travel.......horses/travel to player being abused misused........horses are glitched if you simply hold down the sprint button you sprint/run indefinitely while mounted.......even if you "run" out of stamina......
travel to player allows you to travel"for free"!! you can travel to to places/locations you personally have not discovered:/ even completly out of zone area...imean this is seriously a game breaking exploit ..... but if you want to travel to a way shrine you have discovered but your not actively at a way-shrine you get "taxed" and you get taxed further for rapidly traveling

12. crafting in general is simply broken ... i pose this question how precisely is a player with out sufficient knowledge or skill level able to "mine /harvest " any tier material ..... none the less "deconstruct higher level materials /droped items or gear for massive xp gains ....then there is the broken aspect of "traded playercrafted items giving more xp and that whole exploitation chestnut ........
13. alchemy/provisioning alchemy is broken due to the inability to craft poisons/potential thrown projectiles or properly apply use them on weapons gear also as the teir level increases the potancy/time does not increase for the potion themselves but rather the crafter of said potion maker......a resolute failure ......
provesioning items/foods buffs expire when instancing /traveling before their timers expire especially when "stats" are "capped"/ said "buffs" should not count to the "cap" on stats period as they are temporary....... and need to last for their entire timers regaurdless...
14.. vr ranks and skills abilities attributes not leveling appropriately and the cost of skills versus the damage out put done ......... not receiving additional attribute points for appropriate leveling of said vr ranks as well why does a vr 1-10 only have "a cap of 49 attribute points " this is seriously broken as is the meger gains said attributes provide at said vr ranks which should be doubbled if due to the difficulty of being engaged
15. the out of combat timer .......is broken .....your not able to interact with objects ,nodes,doors ,ect while in-combat even if your not actually actively engaged in combat but simply " recive "pre-aggro" and no hits have been taken !!
combat should end as soon as said threat has been eliminated period there should be no cool down ... this also pertains to the amount of "chase " said mobs give if you decide to "flee" combat mobs chase far to far and to long from their "spawn activators/locations if you not attacking them they should not be chasing you beyond 10-20 meters tops ............especially if you not reengaging them ... ergo "kiting" them ...
16. there are multiple issues with the "modeling" and placement of objects /terrain/activators/nodes in the game especially within cyrodiil but not limited to that zone
i cannot count the times i have been stuck in doors,walls, boulders, or been thrown completely "out of environment "in dungeons/delves not to mention the lack of ingenuity on dungeon delve cave and ruin modeling
especially considering the shear diversity expressed in oblivion,morrowind and oblivion I see no point of why you are not able to simply import and touch up, rebake theses areas for content in this game since this game is suppose to encompass the whole of tamriel i mean where is kavatch, anvil, leyawiin......
17. the fact that the factions/races unite in the main quests makes absotle no senses for the pvp aspect of cyrodiil infacy cyrodiil should simply be a pve aspect of this game and you should separate the world into pve/pvp servers/shard for world wide pvping or implement an arena stylized concept to pit team against team with limited amounts of battle rezzes not to mention allow spectation of said events in real time
18. the amount of scamming,gold farming of items / items having a value of zero now reducing alleged rare drops just for a "cosmetic effect" ergo increasing its ingame value and thos whom exploit that concept
19. dividing the in game economy into "guild shops" was a serious mistake you need to take a look at other ,mmos and have a world wide "auction house" with the "guild shops" being an option there. for listings of players to be for "guild members only" ...... also the guild banks being used and abused as "free" personal bank spaces vs// paying insane amounts of in game currency for extra bank space is a resolute failure .. guild banks need to be open to evry player to add and withdraw /lock their own items they place in the bank not just limited to the "uppercrust/rank" of said guilds ..
20.. the ignore list cap of only 100..i mean seriously ..... enough said there..especially with all the trolls and other undesirable types .......
i honestly cannot believe just how botched this game has been i think you need to go back to the drawing board especially given the "budget" spent on this game...this game has great potential mind you but as it stands with all the problems it simply is not worth paying to play .....
