Yea the other "hidden" nerf on bolt escape...when used all Magicka regen is suspended for 4 or 5 seconds...when it works at all now. /golf clap to all the PvP whiners who really should have just learned how to play instead of flooding the forums with salty tears.

Someone seems upset they've lost their crutch, probably going to have to find something else to abuse now to make up for the lack of skill. Might need to increase the base cost instead though.

Looks like it's just bugged for all of the effects, not nerfed. Checked it ingame and it still regens after use, in and out of combat.

So now Sorcerors have to learn to play instead of bolting everywhere?

I never had an issue with Bolt Escape before, but that's a comical turn of events.

lol I just blinked trough craglong for a good hour... without any problem... it is probably a location problem (blink never worked really well with slope)

ps: as I see in the video you were using the streak morph... the same as me so there it is not even a problem with a specific morph..

Nobody said it stopped working all the time, why are you against fixing a bug?

It wasn't a slope issue, that's not even close to the incline required to stop you from bolting. What happened was my bolt escape got bugged to where the animation played but did nothing; my other skills were fine btw, just bolt escape stopped working.

Also, I have ball of lightning, not streak - the bug stopped the animation at the point where you're supposed to port forward, hence no orbs appeared.

That was always there. Funny not all Sorcs noticed it, but Sorcs have been commenting on the suspended magicka regen since well before this patch. It's intentional, as far as I know, despite it not being listed in the tooltip.

I have been informed by a reliable source that several skills across the board have been similarly nerfed by the same bug.

The bug has been happening to many skills since Craglorn patch. I've had it happen to my Grand Healing, Bolt Escape, and Supression field. Bolt escape it happens most often to because I use it most there.
