Where is this game going?

I have had my fare share of frustrations with the class unbalances and bugs. Also not really into the whole VR questing. But this game does look sharp it is different then a lot of other MMO's I have played witch is nice. And I think it has a lot of potential to develop in to the great game I was hoping for.
I was wondering if any one our there knew where this game is going. Is this just going to be endless leveling? for example are they just going to add more VR levels every few months with a bit of content? Or will there be some end game content maybe? Or Any ideas on what direction ESO will be taking. I would love to stick around and watch this game mature. Really hoping its not just lots of quest I like character progression and a challenging end game.
Hopefully some one will know something or know some where to look I have found very little.

Innocente✭✭✭✭ESO is going to Consoles. If any vestige (pun intended) of ESO is left after that, it will probably be around to test Console releases. Whether it is Sub of F2P at that stage, who cares?0
