that depends on your 'verse Vysca.

the fact that were's have a very fast healing system means that logicaly, vampires *SHOULD* feed on were's.
becasue they regen their damage faster (in the lore of were's i mean) this means they should replace the lost blood faster.

as for feeding vamp on vamp action, again, it depends on the 'verse you live in.
why do tamreill vampires feed? what, other than blood, do they need?
do they need the blood to replace their own? is it food, is it blood sacrifice or power? is it the other trick of the 'hunger!' (same reason zombies in rez evil need to eat. there is no actual *need* but the left over reasoning of the hunger type thing) or is it that, by drinking blood from the living, they replenish something missing. like oxygen in the bloodstreem

i would think that, the fresher / more well fed a vamp is, the more like feeding from a normal living victim the blood you get is. but if you feed from the allready starving, you get sick, have a sick feeling. but again, its all dependant on exactly *why* your tamarillic vamp needs to feed. and what they replace when they do.

In some vampire books vampire blood is blackesh and they have blood and by drinking it mortals gain speed buffs and stuff in skyrim they mix it with skooma to make it more powerfull I think so you should be able to drink it as a canibal and in skyrim you can drink other vampires blood so it should be added but it gives no nursment but can give you more power and gives you temp vampire skill exp extra exp for skills, some people in my rp guild think vampires do not have blood but they do because in vampire quests some of them require it in skyrim
