they listen to children who whine and b%^#h about everything and nothing, ignoring the fact that most of these whiners could not have bought the game on their own, being underage.

nerevarine1138, do you think ingame feedback that people give is less angry. I suspect people vent just as much on there.

I would think it is far less angry. Difference with forum posts is the poster gets feedback to fuel their rage. In game feedback tool, not so much. Sure there will be some rage but I would bet it is nowhere close to the crap that makes it to forums.

There is a /feedback feature available in-game. It is a tool for actually reaching the developers with your constructive feedback.

Ah ... this "only 2k letters" tool ?

ESO listens to the accountants. Yelling on the forums means nothing except to the one person paid to look at them and post on something on them.

When lots of users un-sub, and they do a database scan and see that most of those users were playing X class with Y build, then.... maybe then as its effecting their bottom line, they may do something, but by then, those users are already long gone playing something else and the death spiral that effects most mmo's is already happening.

MMO's that survive either keep the players happy in other ways "look new shinny toy" or fix things faster.

ZeniMax Online Studios is a young company and they have proven they are doing LOTS of changes but not fast enough. The MMO market is flooded. New MMO company's need to move faster then ever before or the customer just goes somewhere else. I fear that like lots of other MMO's. Once they fix the game, it will be too late. Many good MMO have failed as they become 'GOOD' too late and missed the party.

There is a /feedback feature available in-game. But I doubt they'll bother with it any more now that the game is live than they did during beta.

They really started pushing that tripe when they yanked the Feedback forums back when. At least with the Feedback forums someone might've seen your feedback...even if it wasn't ZOS.

Nope, I'm firmly of the belief (that would seem to be proven accurate given the current state of the game) that all the /feedback they get gets filed in the trash, probably unopened.

Besides. They don't need feedback from us. They have Matt Fiore who knows all things.

The developers listen to their boss....

    That is all.

If anyone here thinks they make the slightest bit of difference with their opinions then I have some lovely chilled water to sell you straight from the majestic Kitchenus Tapus.

There is a large gulf of understanding between large numbers of the playerbase, and ZOS. That much is clear to me.

while every now and then game Devs listen to their player base , most of the time , they have their vision of the game and when the players disagree with what their vision and direction is . .

well the players are what i like to call ..... wrong haha . game will go the way of SWTOR within a year tops . if that .
