stuck at level 9?

Hello all I'm stuck at level 9 with level 12-13 quest that I cant do in I look all over for quest my level but seem to not find any is any one else having the same problem?

What zone are you in? Did you go back to starter island areas? If you did, you missed stuff. If you didn't, you missed stuff.0

I am not sure if your progression is balanced if you skip the starter islands (never done so because I like the faction story choices there).
A lot of XP can be gained via exploration. And a ton of quests have to be found in the world.
There might also be a public dungeon you missed.
Also, don't forget to upgrade your gear. Unless you choose a light armor build (those are squishy early game), you can do most content even if it is slightly above your level. It is just pretty hard.

I'm not quit sure im near grotto dungeon
Fallen grotto? that would be EP, stonefalls right? Did you do the two other areas prior to that, the one where you gather civilians and escape an island, and then defend either the docks or fort? Those two areas alone should get you to about lvl 8ish, then in stonefalls make sure you start in the NE? corner(whereever Bal Foyen or whatever its called) zones in from. Should be multiple quest areas that have nothing to do with the main storyline of the zone.0

zgrssd✭✭✭✭Quest are literally everywhere. One of the loading screen tips says (truthfully): If you need a quest, just pick a road and start walking along it. You are sure to find a quest.
If you want to be certain you made every quest for an area, try this Addon:

kimboh✭✭✭✭@nemusk go to Davon's watch, go to the bridge thing in the middle of town, there you will find an NPC called Riurik, he will offer you a quest to return to Bleakrock Isl.
Accept the quest and then head to the docks to get on a ship and travel there.

Phantorang✭✭✭✭For some wierd reason, ZoS thinks you should start in Davons Watch, and not on the island you wash up on after escaping the Wailing Prison.
Ive heard wierd arguements that its because of some sandbox stuff where you can do what you want, where you want etc. But to be honest, it ruins alot of the quests, many times I have done a quest, only to discover that I havent done the prelude to it, and have to do the prelude later.Fimbulwinter Recruiting true Vikings | Campaigns score | EU PC1 -
