PvP Que bypass ?

Last night I went out to Cyrodil by using a wayshrine in Glenumbra. I never realized before this you could totally bypass the que feature this way. I wonder what if any difference there is to entering pvp this way?

    No, you just automatically port to your home campaign.

    I realize that bit what im wondering is can people use the way shrines to enter locked campaigns and avoid the queue ?

    This... no campaign has had a queue in over a week. Well maybe Wabbajack for like an hour during the day for EP.. but that is it.

    Like a campaign has even had a queue in the past month lol...

    ZoS gave us all the ability to bypass it by breaking pvp so bad no one wants to do it.
