Altmer Sorcerer: Werewolf vs Vampire [Spoiler?]

I have a level 35 Altmer Sorc (my main/I just started playing ESO) and was scratched and "gifted" with Sanies Lupinus, but dropped the WW quest ... as I was thinking I have NO Stamina points (all have been in Magicka.) I felt this was a reason I could not even beat that Frost Troll in the Hunting Grounds.

I am uncertain on the 100% assurance of "new moon = Bloodfiend spawn" (RE: Reaper's March) but it seems a smaller window compared to WW spawns.

I do NOT want to BUY a player Vampire bite. I desire to have the game experience and fun of getting bitten directly. I am spending many a night running around the known vamp spawn sites ... hindering my questing/experience ... but I am determined.

I hope players don't kill spawns, so that they can keep offering to "sell bites?" (Not being a h8ter ... just hoping players leave the bite-giving Bloodfiends alive for others to get bitten.)

Any advice on an Altmer mage & vampirism?

I just cured myself of vampirism.

I think a skill line should make you more powerful, not weaker.

For me, the fire deaths were taking a toll on me.

Thanks, Blackwidow. I'll keep that in mind ... Vampirism has been a big part of my Elder Scrolls experience (of course, this isn't a true ES game/per se.)

I thought you could only get infected in the last zones, in Aldmeri that would be Reapers March.

Clearly not as the OP says.

I have been in Reaper's March. Thank you for pointing out that I forgot to mention where I was scratched.

Oh, I never meant to pick fault. Actually it is me who should thank you. You pointed out I made an assumption, that since you were level 36, you had not reached that area yet. Most people do not seem to get there until around 38+ in my experience.
