Its a must for me for the longevity of the game. Its currently ruining my expireince not having them. However its hard toa rgue that the game has larger problems right now we chars not correctly login in

This is one of the "little" things I'd like to see added, along with:
- name plates
- a follow command
- an ingame voice client
- enhancements to the guild store (like search and sort, mainly)

In addition to those--revamp the VR content from it's current, obvious placeholder-while-we-do-real-end-game status, reduce the bots, and continuously tweak the game/class balance and fix crashing bugs (like all MMOs need to do) and I'm a happy camper.

Oh, and add housing eventually.

Done.

I'll sub for years if all that happens, and I think most, if not all of it, will be. The game is only 55 days old, after all. So far I'm loving it.

I am all for options, the more the better. However, this particular issue would be a much lower priority than SO many other problems right now.

It's fine for zone chat, but when I want to get someone's attention that is standing near me it's almost impossible! If you are seriously concerned about the immersion take a mass player poll. I'm positive that almost all the player base agrees that having no chat bubbles hurts the immersion more than anything!

TL;DR

- Make a mass poll to see if the players actually want chat bubbles or not!
- The SCB add-on is not a good enough substitute. You still can't see who is chatting to you
- There should be an option to turn the chat bubbles on/off so everyone is happy

Not everyone would be happy. But if there's an option to enable or disable them, then that's fine. I don't want hundreds of bubbles everywhere on my screen. And god forbid the bots had them . . .

K, I see a lot of "musts" Like AH, Mentoring, Group story line boss fights, etc .. being requested but chat bubbles?

And--believe it or not--I'm sure ZoS has more than one computer, more than one programmer, and a source code management system.

Only a relatively small subset of coders can work on a given issue at a time, which leaves others to do other things.

Relax.

They can work on more than one thing at a time.

How do people like you not understand that there would be chat bubble options just like the chat box is set up? Obviously you would be able to select which bubbles you see (guild, friends, group, etc.). You could even turn all the bubbles off if you wanted to.

The year is not 1990. We have the technology! :O
