Red gaurd templar help

This discussion is not about...switch to light armor and grab staff...it is just to discuss how I personally might be able to improve the character I want to play as.
So with that here is my build...any recommendations on skills to toss or add or attributes to change please let me know your thoughts and reasons for recommendations.

V10 red gaurd templar
Magica 16 health 17 st anima 16

AS - puncturing sweep IV...binding javelin...Cresent sweep ulti..All passives
- DW - vampire bane...solar flare..All passives
- RL- breath of life....repentance...rune focus...no passives
- weapons
- dw- twin slashes...rapid strikes....hidden blade..All passives
- bow venom arrow. ..volley....magnum shot...3 passives
- armor heavy 4 passives
- world...soul trap....soul strike ulti...1 passive max
- racial all passives maxed
- several crafting skills.

I would like to achieve a multi role...but improve anything I can for solo questing and a little higher damage.

Thanks for your suggestions....Please give reasons for your thoughts...

drop bow and use resto staff instead, switch vampire's bane and dark flare to the resto staff bar. drop hidden blade and use toppling charge instead.

consider volcanic rune for crowd control

I feel the resto staves' mana regen converted into class skill abilities for damage can equal the same damage output as a bow, unless you're over the stamina cap. And that doesn't factor in the added versatility of using a resto staff instead of bow.

using 3 warlock set pieces with 5+ heavy armor helps a lot too
