I saw this in skyrim Auridon at the alchemist crafting spot....

    3 or 4 times. One was during the beta though.

    I saw one a few days after the game released and I thought it was funny, then they started showing up a lot more often. Now I'm seeing 10+ a day. If you Google it, lots of people have seen them too.
