Dark Anchor - Chest Rewards

Question about the chests that we get at the completion of dark anchors. Are they level-based? As in, if you are over 6 levels higher than the enemies at the dark anchor, do you still receive the chest reward? If you do, would the chest loot just be lower leveled?

Seems to be the first case above... If your too high of a level, you get no chest.

There is something funny with the the dark anchors in Cyrodiil.
Made a new sorc (as my templar is broken), zone into Cyrodill, soloed each of the dark anchors there, (they should be V5) I am only level 40, but scaled to 50.

The mobs and bosses has very low hp and killed in seconds. No chest, but did get the achievement.

The only mob that has any real hitpoints was if you spawned a rare boss on the final wave. Easy way to farm the rare bosses for achievements too.

I just have one thing to say about rewards of helping in a Anchor and Dolmen events.

Thanks TONS for the patch that gave everyone who helped credit for doing so. Exp, loot and the chest.

I a have some good items in the chest but thats totally irrelavant for me. I get a rewards to help out at these events where all are needed to stop them. (Lore)
