DC AND EP WE NEED YOU! - NA SKULL CRUSHER

Greetings everyone,

As i'm sure many of you are experiencing....... my home campaign of Skull Crusher is an AD farming ground. Whenever the EP and DC organize a push on Skull Crusher we take the entire map back but as of late, numbers are incredibly scarce on our sides.

I've witnessed the organizational power of AD and how they support each other through guesting. I think this is something the daggerfall and ebonheart are both missing and need to start utilizing.

I agree wholeheartedly Nasan. Often times in war, as myself an may vets through the years will tell you, the most unlikely alliances have been forged out of necessity and most of the time both parties have reaped a mutual benefit that far overshadowed there own need and desire to smite each other. I firmly believe that given our current overpowering enemy that...

1. Striking an alliance with DC could be beneficial to both parties in that we could work out the emperor situation at the negotiation table....(will leave the details to my betters but this could be one very lucrative benefit to both side.

2. We would be able to remove and decimate and enemy that is long over do for a good ole fashion butt kickin

3. We could balance out the campaign so that it is fun to play and competitive once again for all three alliances.

4. We could ensure that the balance of power never again comes to a complete and non-stop dominance such as we have now.

By no means am i suggesting that EP and DC become best friends and take long showers together, but a temporary alliance between the two factions could indeed ensure that we (EP and DC) get to experience being on the side of the victor)

I would like to appeal to the DC leadership on skull crusher...lets sit down, hash out some details and see if we can turn the table here on this overpowered and frankly smug enemy presence.

I am on the EP side of Skull Crusher and would love to help form some sort of alliance.

I think the hardest part is communicating with the opposite sides or even getting the word out in game of an alliance.

What are your thoughts?

Greetings all, I'm a member of The Crimson Order's PvP division and run around Skullcrusher frequently in our small and organized, guerrilla warfare teams.

It's been a ton of fun but we need backup. For me, and a lot of people, the most fun I've had in Skullcrusher has been when the population was more balanced than it has been recently. We're looking to change this and open a line of communication and friendship to fellow EP guilds that wouldn't mind guesting for a change of pace from more populated servers, to the smaller scale tactical combat on Skullcrusher.

There's also the added benefit for large, organized EP guilds to set their homes in Skullcrusher. The top spots on the leaderboard are not as competitive as highly populated campaigns. As I write this I am VR3, a Corporal in Cyrodiil, and in the top 10 for Ebonheart Pact. I would consider myself a notch above casual player. Very good and active PvPers will be at least in the top 100 on our server in less than a week of playing. There are plenty of AD to fight and kill. So setting your guild home here may actually give your guild and members a solid chance of crowning Emperor for your guild.

We are also interested in extending an invitation of friendship to the Daggerfall Covenant of Skullcrusher. We've both been consistently outnumbered and outgunned on opposite fronts for far too long. I believe we could come up with a plan that is mutually beneficial for the both of our alliances. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, and I think we should team up. If any Daggerfall guilds are interested, send me a private message on the forums or in game, we'll chat and I will get you in contact with the tactical leadership of The Crimson Order. Perhaps we can coordinate a temporary joint effort.

I enjoyed seeing DC at Kingscrest yesterday and knocking down the outer wall and taking the brunt of the damage (albeit it was token resistance) and then see EP charge through the hole in the wall!

@dleatherus that wasnt planned it just happened we got lucky and came after the fighting was done. But don't worry you will be emperor for a long time because your zerglits are larger then 2 factions total. so we kinda are screwed either way

I'm so confused by this response....

I'm an EP trying to breathe life into my campaign... and level the playing field.

The comments in this thread are either substantial and note-worthy, or completely and utterly useless garbage. Hopefully, we get more of the former.

We just want to level the playing field. And not have to endure a urine covered map every time I log off. OR having to destroy enemy groups twice our numbers only for them to come back with even more people.

I am more than happy to support Skull Crusher EP.
The current problem is people are not motivated to make an effort.

Today we attempted to organise a group and take a keep, unfortunately we were only able to get a maximum of 6-8 people.
Which should still be enough to do some damage, even take a keep if done right.

Except that AD has all the scrolls and their super guards batter you, and when you kill them, suddenly 1-2 AD appear and it gets messy. and eventually with the slightest disturbance from players, we cannot take the keep.

The reason we cannot get people onto SC is because there is nothing in SC for them, they will come, make next to no points, and achieve nothing.
And quite frankly if we can motivate a full group of people to really get into it. and we take back 3-4 keeps and do really awesome.
Then we have to go to work, or sleep. And following that you log in to find that AD have retaken everything and restored the realm to peace.
And the group you had? They are nowhere to be found, or they are unwilling since their efforts were just undone while they were gone.
