Shadowfen Resources

It appears Shadowfen resources have extremely long respawn timers. In Deshaan, Stonefalls, and Bleakrock you practically stumble over resources even with the bot presence. Things will return. I am not seeing the same thing in Shadowfen. Is this a known issue?

Anyway, I am not seeing resources respawn as quickly as they do in Deshaan or Stonefalls. What gives? And there appears to be a lot of resource gathering from below the map.Platform: PS4
